Vizsla playing by the water | Lake Brantley, FL

Meet Luna.

Luna is a Vizsla. Did you know Vizslas are among some of the fastest dogs? It’s true! She was in the water, out of the water, here, there, everywhere! She was hard to keep up with but SO much fun to photograph. But every so often she would stop and pose…..and then take off running like her tail was on fire. Even though we were concerned about the weather (Florida…downpours and 2 minutes later, sunny and bright), I am glad we chose to go through with it. Sometimes after the rain, the clouds are gorgeous and tonight did not disappoint. Raining or not, I don’t think it would have bothered Luna one bit!

Not only was she fun to watch run around like a crazy dog, she also showed her sweet, soft side. Here she is with her big brother. I think he had as much fun wading through the water and playing with the sticks as she did. I love that these two will grow up together. I bet these two will spend a lot of time together playing by the water side.

What a sweet pup and an even sweeter family that she is a part of. I know she will bring lots of joy and happiness to her human brothers and sisters!

Did your family just get a puppy? Photographing children with their pups is such a great way to freeze those moments in time…when they’re all young and figuring out their way together. Before you know it, the kids are grown and your pup has grown up right along with them. The joy, the smiles, the laughter…the belly rubs, the slobery kisses, the comforting snuggles…nothing sweeter than the bond between a child and his dog. Contact me today to tell your story.
